Lauren has been working really hard learning to ride her bike. Unfortunately our driveway just doesn't have enough concrete for her to go a long distance before she ends up on gravel which scares her. Our sidewalks are curved so that presents another challenge. However, she is doing awesome and is actually riding on her own but just doesn't trust herself enough to try it in town or on the blacktop we live on. I'm working on building her confidence and hope that soon I'll be able to report a successful bike ride around town!
Go, Lauren! (I kind of remember you saying that you couldn't find safety handles for French door handles. I've been on the hunt as well and have a solution -- onestepahead.com -- the lever handle lock works great!!)
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear this! I bought the ones from Safety First from Target and they work okay but not wonderful. I'm getting ready to place and order at one step ahead so I'll give them a try. Thanks for letting me know!
