Although we were supposed to keep Blake quiet at home for the first 24 hours following his injury, we ignored the doctors orders given how well he was behaving and went on with our plan to meet Addison, Brenna, Braden and Aunt Brekin at The Magic House on July 8th. We had a great time exploring this wonderful place. The kids all loved it so much. I was hoping for a light crowd but wrong we were. It was the most crowded time yet that we have been there and it was a weekday! Thank goodness Grandma Marcia was able to go with us and help with crowd control. With two very different ages of kids we had to split up often to keep everyone happy.
Afterwards everyone came back to our house for some more play time and pizza! This is the third year in a row that Brekin and the kids have come to see us in the summer time which has been awesome. I'm so thankful there are so many fun things to do in St. Louis for kids!
