The New Toy

Lauren had on her birthday wish list a drum set, which she did not receive. I was relieved, one less noise making thing in our house! Her idea was to have most of the instruments for a live band, with the addition of her mini piano and guitar along with her microphones.

So the other day we went and checked out the local rummage sale going on looking for a few outside toys, etc. Well luck would have it we found a drum set there. It was in relatively good condition and was listed for the bargain price of $10. Lauren bought it with some of her birthday money she got and is so proud. Today, I finally got it cleaned up and reassembled so she could play with it. Needless to say, Blake and Daddy have been having fun as well!
